Reilly&#8217;s son having his face gashed when Kate Winslet and Christopher Waltz&#8217;s son bashes him with a stick. \u00a0 All but 5 minutes of the movie are in the house of Reilly and Foster in which they banter back and forth about the severity of the issue. \u00a0Well written and a great comedy given the whole movie is in one location. \u00a0 I think it&#8217;s a very hard thing to keep the audience intrigued while making sure to not drag out excessively. \u00a0Every time the parents go to part ways someone says something to get the other couple all fired-up leading to another 10 minute argument between the two families. \u00a0Overall I was thoroughly impressed with Polanski&#8217;s film even if I have mixed feelings toward the director myself.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reviewed by Seth Lawyer. \u00a0Viewed at AFI Fest 2011.
