Viewed at the Santa Barbara Film Festival.<\/p>\n<p>This film is to honor, praise, and bring awareness to a world-renowned sushi chef in Japan named Jiro. There is little I can do to praise this film: its beauty speaks fathoms beyond what my words can say. To bring to light a few points, this movie is much more than a documentary. It is a story about trust, respect, hard work, family, and honesty in the work one does. I am beyond words after viewing this film. I\u2019ll let the pictures speak for themselves.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/encrypted-tbn1.google.com\/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTtN9W11Xc7jd8jQGIBskTMgjnT3zFtpO2gcaffWYHWtNpuQk5p\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Jiro at his restaurant, he works very hard.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.foodanddrinkdigital.com\/hotels_restaurants\/jiro%20dreams%20of%20sushi%20screenshot.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"325\" height=\"200\"\/><\/p>\n<p>A wise piece of advice from Jiro, one of many he offers in the film.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/encrypted-tbn2.google.com\/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTu3hV4IHuSBB-HPzuERJQnd-ioMrQvXr9wDUxzZXaIh4R9tgJUkA\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Jiro has a team of people who work with him. Each one iseither going through or has completed a 10-year apprentice process to work at Jiro&#8217;s restaurant.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/encrypted-tbn0.google.com\/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSU7U3UugjdiIiQuBNgOm9-iZAqYGRftefBpzpK9eFvkDYtJSAA\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Jiro&#8217;s restaurant only serves suhsi, nothing else!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/encrypted-tbn0.google.com\/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQtArvx3xcFoJ4yNaSteKPW2dfwh1Dcacmvn6YaKElFmW-ulgXL\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>They only serve the best fish picked by the best experts, carefully and very expertly prepared.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/encrypted-tbn0.google.com\/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSDIpIVqFW20YcwoM2T62IeSEX3LWrVxh0lk8AC3pGRvQ8FWBg85g\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Three things that can \u00a0never be seperated: Jiro, sushi, and hard work.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/encrypted-tbn0.google.com\/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTu9y4H2GK9eJm6QrZ9X-8YlNdDUCOcE7oqCFFGN7RGFXQv--PtPQ\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And for good reason too!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/encrypted-tbn2.google.com\/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQnKip8tzj1N26GpyqOjfT6ejn98ybX0a09hG9uxNJgrdUo8DvW\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>One of Jiro&#8217;s sons, who will\u00a0eventually inherit the restaurant when Jiro passes (Jiro is 85 and has been making sushi for 75 years!)<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.filmindustrynetwork.biz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/sushi-documentary-252x250.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Jiro surrounded by his work and his love.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This film is a must see, hands down.
