{"id":36,"name":"Timothy Barnes","url":"http:\/\/imnotwhere.tumblr.com\/","description":"I grew up watching Star Wars and fed my imagination constantly to the point that it's now morbidly obese. I'm a big fan of Woody Allen.\r\n\r\nI didn't realize I was black until the 4th grade. All the kids on the play ground started playing a game called taxi during recess, and no one picked me up. And ironically, a few years later I was considered the only white kid at an all black middle school.\r\n\r\nMy mother dabbled in philosophy. She'd say to me \"We live in an infinite universe that spans further than any strand of the human imagination and our mere existence is rendered meaningless in comparison. Don't forget to wash the dishes.\"\r\n\r\nBecause of that, I think I tend to over think everything. Why did I just say that? And why does that guy in the mirror always copy me? Doesn't he have anything better to do?\r\n\r\nFilm has always been a part of my life and I find it very inspiring. I enjoy the classics.. Casablanca, Citizen Kane.. Power Rangers the Movie. I know, it's cliche.\r\n\r\nA movie character once asked me \"Do you think there's life after credits?\" And I said \"Of coarse! Don't you believe in the script? There's a writer out there somewhere who planned your whole life out, and of coarse he's working on a sequel.\"\r\n\r\nI don't want to be that old man who looks back on his life like an author who just realized he wrote a bad book. I wanna be the guy who writes like a third grader but thinks he's the next Shakespeare.","link":"https:\/\/studentfilmreviews.org\/?author=36","slug":"timothybarnes","meta":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/studentfilmreviews.org\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/36","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/studentfilmreviews.org\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users"}]}}
