1. Adelayne Rosales 02.13.11 / 8pm

   I must admit, I really liked this movie. I also lied the pictures you choose for your review. I thought that all of the characters were likable, especially the iguana and the horse. I thought it was really neat that it was a free admission so families were able to go with their kids and loved ones. the animation was done really well and I thought the movie in general was entertaining.

   For me this movie was really good. the animation was well done and showed every aspect that you wanted to see. it was a great family movie and really good for kids. Mandy Morre did a great job as repunzel. even tho the movie was animated there was still emotion to it and had my attention the whole movie. Also I really liked how I got into the movie and was able to stay into and not get lost. All the voice overs where really good and every character was really will shown even just through the actor doing its voice. A really good family movie.
3. Kathleen Amboy 02.15.11 / 9am

   Tangled is thoroughly entertaining for kids and adults. I enjoyed the character of Flynn – which was an obvious homage paid to one of my favorite (extremely handsome) leading men Errol Flynn – whose look sort of resembled Robin Hood! The Gothel character, portrayed by Donna Murphy, sang a song called “Mother Knows Best,” which was reminiscent of the soundtrack from the musical Gypsy. Murphy, belted her song out in a voice I’ve not heard since Patti Lupone – who just happened to play Mama Rose. Another interesting character was the Marcel Marceau look alike in his white painted face – these are the gems that make a film fun and interesting.
4. Samantha Schilke 04.19.13 / 7pm

   I am a big fan of the classic disney movies, and haven’t like much of the recent movies until Tangled. This film’s animation was on point and aided the audience in understanding exactly how each character felt in that moment. The plot of the story is compelling, watching a teenage girl go outside for the first time, touching the grass, feeling free, and finding courage that she never knew she had. The music, animation, diction, and story line put together a fantastic family film that will be loved for many years.
5. Aylin Gonzalez 09.07.22 / 9pm

   I personally am a huge fan of this film. It is definitely my favorite Disney princess film. The narrative of how she was kidnapped as child and kept hidden because of her magical hair is unlike any other princess story, in fact she does not even know that she’s a princess for most of the film. Throughout the film she has many “firsts”. First time touching grass, seeing the lights, and making her own decisions. She later discovers that the reason she was hidden was because she was the lost princess all along. The development of her character throughout the film is worth watching plus you get to watch an exciting adventure with fun characters.
