   I like the creativity of your review, only wish the film would have been more creative. It was so contrived in it’s ‘leave it to beaver’ style in suburbia, I wonder if our youth today can even relate. Even though it is tackling some very important issues about tolerance that I would like to get more exposure, I’m not sure this film will get out that much?

   Thank you for the compliment. I get what you are saying about the movie imaging the suburbia feeling of the time (as I understood it.) But I’m not completely sure what you refer to when you are saying that they; “contrived in its leave it to the beaver style”, in this case? I think the movie was very creative although not in a very obvious way. Pavone has in my opinion succeeded in making subtle points about important subjects.

   Bullies seem to not have changed that much over time unfortunately, and the power struggle in schools around the world or in life basically, is always with us more or less. Personally I like movies with a cause, which I felt that this one has. It’s about change. “The world won’t get better if you are just sitting on your ass and waiting for it to happen. No, you have to be the change you are looking for.” That is the message I receive from it. And the characters are so accurate, like the charming Norman.

   Hopefully this movie will get out there, to shine even more on the issues we see about lack of tolerance. And I’m one from a younger generation. But like mentioned above; the issues haven’t changed that much. They are just behind closed doors, because they become political incorrect. So I think most of us are getting this movie just about right.
