The Wind Rises( Hayao Miyazaki,2013):Japan
Reviewed by Felice Larsson, Santa Barbara Film Festival 2014.
Jiro Horikoshi is a boy with a dream
To fly and build air force machines.
When he grows up he meets this girl
He saves from a earthquake and putting her first.
Nahoko Satomi is the girl of his dreams
That slowly fades away by disease.
Tho he builds killing machines
His heart is there, even if it not seems.
Jiro feels torn between by his love for creation and his beloved Nahoko
But in the end it didn’t matter, he lived his dream like them both wanted to.
The artist behind the movie is Hayao Hiyazaki
Maby you’ve heard about Spirited Away and Princess Mononoke.
Even tho I loved his piece
I’ll rather have it shorter.
Becuse once you think it’s the end
It goes on even further.
This was my review
Hope you make one comment or two.
