All You Can Eat Buddha (Ian Lagarde, 2017) Canada, Cuba

Mike arrives at an all inclusive in the Carribean makes some friends including a talking octopus a woman with a crush on him and a salsa teacher who doesn’t seem to like him as much the longer he stays the more everything gets complicated.

A – Awkwardly hard to watch.

L –  Less is more.

L – Last and first time watching it.

Y – Youth was wasted.

O – over excessive use of fade in and out scenes of the ocean.

U – Unique to say the least.

C – can’t say i’d recommend this movie to anyone.

A – A little advise, don’t buy snacks because you will lose appetite if you are sensitive about food etiquette.

N – No dialogue whatsoever.

E – Extremely unclear plot.

A – Abstract.

T – Took me the entire move to figure out what the movie was about.

B – Bored me after 5 minutes.

U – Underestimated how weird some movies can be.

D – Don’t do drugs kids.

D – Determination required to be able to sit through the entire movie.

A – All in all a very odd, dark contentless movie with no dialog and way too long scenes.

H – How on earth did Ian Lagarde come up with the idea for this movie.
