   Spider-Main: Into the Spider-Verse is a great movie to watch. The use of visual effects and music bring the movie to life. It kept me from checking my phone every ten minutes. The visuals were extraordinary combination of 3D, and the pop of colors are what stood out to me. The different type of music that plays when a certain character is on screen brings the movie to life. When Gwen arrives on screen rock music starts playing. These elements helped the movie seem more better than the other Spider-Man movies in my opinion. It would’ve been better if I watched in the theater. Overall, 10/10.

   I have to agree with this review. Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse was extremely well done. I also agree that I can’t think of any movie, animated or not, that really looks anything like this movie. I hope to see more in this style now that it exists and multiply on it.

   I agree that this Spider-man film was very different from the previous versions. Not only was this specific Spider-man animated, but the music also brought about a different rendition. As opposed to the type of background music in the past Spider-man films, the director’s of “Spider-man Into the Spider-Verse” used pop culture music from artists like Post Malone and Black Caviar. By using these recent songs and well-known artists of our generation, I felt more immersed with this Spider-man compared to when I watched previous ones. With that said, I would have to agree with your statement about the music adding to this film being a stand out. Furthermore, the visuals brought about an immersive and adventurous cinematic experience. The colors kept me interested in the entirety of the film. I find it fascinating that each second of the movie took about a week. Knowing that the preproduction stage alone can take up months, I could not begin to even imagine the amount of time and people it took to create this masterpiece.

   I completely agree with your view of the film as well as your analysis, breakdown, and overall opinion as to what the film has to offer. As a huge Spiderman fan myself Spider-Main: Into the Spider-Verse watch this movie definitely met my expectations and then some. As you stated this film had a totally different vibe than previous spiderman movies but throughout the entire film my eyes were essentially glued to the screen instead of on my phone as I would with other films which is a perfect example of just how good the movie truly is. It captures the attention of viewers with special effects and fight scenes. I also wish I would’ve seen it in theaters or atleast on a big screen of some sort rather than a computer screen.

   I definitely agree with the review. Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse is a very good film to watch. What makes it even better is that it is also animated and is different from the previous ones which I like. Hopefully we see more in this style of films because it’s very good. The special effects, visuals and the background music I found myself enjoying the most.

   I agree with the reviewer’s stance on originality. Spiderman into the Spider-Verse is a groundbreaking animated movie that is the first of its kind. That specialness comes from how many frames the movie was shot in. Normally movies are shot in 24 frames per second, while Spiderman was played in 12 frames per second which pushed the feeling of the characters being 2D. As well as the film’s vibrant color pallet that always catches your eye and makes you go, wow that’s beautiful. Then there’s the soundtrack which is tailored around the story of Miles Morales and his chilled-back life style at first, then his rise into becoming Spiderman. It’s such an amazing movie.

   Great review of this film. It’s personally one of my favorite films because of the twist they put to the mainstream superhero films. I was a big fan of the comic book style that they brought to the big screen. It is very difficult to pull off, and this film does it flawlessly. I agree that the story of Myles Morales is very unique and this film does it justice by bringing a new spin to the usual Spider-Man films. I even like the music score that they choose for this film as it fits the characters style and personality very well.

   I agree with the review on this film, I personally love the animated film of Spiderman but I also like the original one as well. It personally brings me back to my child hood when I used to watch animated movies especially ones that were made by marvel. This film definitely brings a different perspective compared to the original movie of Spiderman. I was never a fan of comic strips growing up but I started to like action movies the more I hung out with my boy cousins.

   I think you put your review in the best way possible to exclaim how good this film was. You don’t need to explain this film in more words than you already expressed. This film is fantastic with what you’ve said, how the creators made the film look exactly right out of a comic book. Any scene you pause on will feel exactly like a comic book with the unique halftones dots style, and even usage of onomatopoeias. The universe building is amazing throughout this movie as well. How it takes you a second to make sure that it said something different, for example Miles headphones didn’t say “Sony” it was spelled “Soni”. I believe this completely sells the different universe aesthetic. With all these attributes I believe this movie deserves an amazing review, I would probably also rate it 10/10. The directors, and animations put so much love in this money that it honestly deserves it.

    This film/animation was so much fun to watch. I remember when it first came out I was super excited to watch it. The movie Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse teaches us the value of relying on others and persevering in the face of hardship in order to preserve the planet and ourselves. Being resilient is being able to adapt to adversity and recover from challenging situations in life. This film is very enjoyable and it’s so unique because it’s a whole new Spider-Man with its own twist and the animation is so unique. I would rate this film a 10/10.

    In much the same way that Walt Disney’s Pinocchio and Hayao Miyazaki’s Spirited Away are viewed as revered and treasured animated masterpieces, I feel the same could be said about this movie. This review is a short but effective way to explain this extraordinary experience, and as you pointed out, yes. It felt like nothing we’ve ever seen before in western animation. Everything was oozing with creativity with the scene with Miles swinging around the Big Apple in his new suit with the accompanying art style, music, and cinematography, might as well be a landmark moment in cinema, if not, the entertainment industry as a whole. It’s an easy 10/10 for me and I can see everyone else has that opinion too, and I’m extremely excited for the sequel next year.

    Hello Josh! I also liked the Spider-Man movie. I very much appreciated the references to the comic book Spider-Man representations. The minute detail were so spot on and fun. The creators did an amazing job bringing the comics to life; watching the film literally felt like flipping through a comic. All of the Spiderman characters within this film were recreated from the comic books. It faithfully showed their personalities and movements in such a beautiful way. I am glad you enjoyed the fun of this movie. I wish you had mentioned what your favorite aspects of the film were.

    Hi Josh! I agree with you completely, Spider-Man Into the Spider-Verse is unlike any other animation that I’ve seen. The animation techniques combining 2d and 3d really brings this “comic book” animation style to life. As well as the overall animation style the sound also tied in this style with the constant use of onamonapias and very focused/exaggerated sounds. Both of these elements functioned within the mise-en-scene together well and helped keep the viewer’s retention and focus on the film. I didn’t feel overwhelmed or distracted by any of the elements in this film given how different they are from traditional animation. Given all the thought that was put into this film, I really enjoyed it and would give it a 9/10.

    I remember seeing this masterpiece for the 1st time i went with all of my friends as it was a school day and we all went as a group and didn’t realize how good it was actually going to be. To me this film made animation movies to be taken a little bit more seriously and that’s why i think a sequel is coming out. The film’s miss en scene was very well-placed showing a New York in this certain art style while also showing the dimension traveling very majestically and visually pleasing. Even the Villain kingpin was done really well although he is very funny looking to me the way they designed him. Overall this animation was done really well and i cant wait for the next one.

    Into the Spiderverse is one of my favorite movies. The animation and art style is so unique and fun to watch, the only movie to even come close has been Puss in Boots 2. I liked how you chose to review this, it was fun to see what you were able to come up with having to spell out Miles Morales. The character of Miles Morales was completely fleshed out, making him the most interesting Spiderman in film. I can’t wait for the second movie, I hope you’ll do another review just like this one!

    I really agree with review. Spiderman, along with other super hero movies have become very repetitive for the character and it feels like they are recreating the same movie. Like the review said everything about this movie is original. One of the best elements of the film is the sound, by having an incredible soundtrack with modern musicians like Swae Lee and Post Malone, allowing the audience to relate to the character who is a fan of the same musicians as them. This is one of the best animated films released with the visuals being incredibly detailed.

    Spiderman is my favorite superhero of all time. The first film I ever saw in a theater was Sam Raimi’s Spider-man 3. Into the Spider-verse is an amazing film. When it first came out 5 years ago, it didn’t really catch my interest. After watching it now multiple times, the story is amazing with a great lead character. Miles Morales was created in 2011 and I know that back then a lot of people would that he is not spider-man. I love that they have taken that point and used it in this film, but instead saying that “anyone can wear the mask”. They then support that saying using the idea of the multiverse, where there are an infinite amount of Spider-people that are not just Peter Parker. At this point, the second movie in the series has been released and by itself it is also an amazing movie, but at the same time it elevates the first film to an even better film than it already was. There are so many things to catch in Across the Spider-Verse, that were set up in the first film. As of right now, I do believe that are more iconic superhero films, but in 10-15 years time when the third film is released, I believe that the Spider-Verse Trilogy will be one of if not the best super hero trilogy of all time.

    Spiderman Into the Spider-verse is a landmark of the film industry, its animation is a triumph that leaves the viewer blown away, from the film’s beginning to its end. The film’s characters are charismatic, and the animators and voice actors do a fantastic job of establishing chemistry amongst its cast. The music is great, all of the songs used feel expected and aren’t out of place. I absolutely adore this film. I have watched it many times, in theater and outside of it, and this is a film that I imagine I will be watching over and over again for a long time.

    This is one of my all-time favorite movies and I’m happy so many people feel the same way about it. Your fact about the artists needing about a week of work for each second of the movie is astonishing but understandable. That also makes you understand why the initially stated release date for the third movie in the franchise at the end of the second movie was a bit ambitious. Something else that is amazing about the film is the number of genres you could attribute it to, like animation, action, comedy, sci-fi, etc., a truly special movie.

    One of the best films of the 2010’s. Into the spider-verse is easily one of the best looking films in our modern era of film. Its visually story telling enhances every single scene. Each character is uniquely designed and given their own style to differentiate one from another. The worlds themselves compliment one another but never clash in artistic design. A perfect blend between artistic design and familiarity.

    In the plot segmentation with the introduction and epilogue needing each other in order to balance each other out perfectly. One pattern I have noticed that in multiple universes same that goes through Miles Morales where he loses someone close to him just like the others who have become spiderman or spiderwomen. When Mise-en-scene is used to bring the plot closer to the climax in order to get the story going. And by using the sounds that were chosen for the movie with digital effects and the soundtrack thickens the plot and moral of the story.
